At GG Bailey, we are fully committed to providing you with custom designed car, trunk & cargo mats that exceed your expectations. GG Bailey mats are custom designed to your exact specifications and are not returnable except for a manufacturing defect.
Please contact us by e-mail at service@ggbailey.com or toll-free at 1-866-6GG-BAILEY (1-866-644-2245) for a Return Authorization Code. Returns without a Return Authorization Code and any returns older than thirty (30) days will not be accepted.

If you are dissatisfied with your non-custom product, we will replace your order, offer store credit, or issue a complete refund (minus the shipping charge) to the card used for purchase. Order must be returned in new condition with the original packaging within thirty (30) days of receipt of order. Any return after thirty (30) days will not be accepted.
